Description
Balancing the fit and performance of a trail running shoe with the stability required for long, technical approaches, the Vertex Alpine redefines approach footwear. Made for all-day mountain travel, it’s light, fast, and delivers the support and protection required for rugged, varied terrain. The sticky Vibram XS Flash 2 outsole is designed for edging, on-trail performance, and grip in wet and dry conditions. A TPU shank and toe cap add protection, and a knit collar seals out debris.

- Integrated tongue pocket tucks away laces to prevent snags and untying
- EVA/Polyolefin blended midsole features higher abrasion component in the forefoot for scrambling
- Toe cap adds protection and abrasion resistance
- Knit collar seals out debris and integrates with the tongue to create a secure, comfortable sock-like fit
- Abrasion-resistant Matryx® woven polyester upper is durable, lightweight, breathable, and flexible
- TPU shank provides underfoot protection and stiffness for improved stability
