PRICE MATCH

If you find one of our products on a different site or retail store at a better price, we’ll match it. Here how it works:

• The item must be new and an identical brand, model #, year, colour and size
• The item must be in stock and available for purchase, at the lower price, through a retailer at the time of the price match request
• It must be sold and shipped from within Canada by a Canadian-based retailer
• It has to be priced in Canadian dollars, and is the total price to your door must include all additional charges including shipping, handling, customs, duties and environmental fees. For example, retailer has item price at $199.99 but charges $15 shipping, total price is then $214.99.
• The price must be ticketed or advertised, not verbally agreed to
• Our price match policy includes active sales and clearance prices, but doesn’t include special orders and prices lowered due to errors, misprints, multiple purchase discounts, close-outs or end-of-business liquidations
• It can’t be used, opened, pre-owned or damaged in any way
• staff must be able to verify all the details above, by phone, website or print/digital advertisement
• membership discount will be adjusted into price match where applicable.

Price matching cannot be combined with further discounts or special offers.
